Brilliant base for exploring Noboribetsu. Room was reasonably spacious and huge the food was perfect, 3 stars. Very comfy beds and clean bathroom. Fast check-in, parking onsite. Not to mention good wifi! Particularly good and marvellous setting, close to hell valley and nearby restaurants...

Everything was simply fantastic. We thoroughly enjoyed rooms with shower. It was nice to find an electric kettle and a refrigerator😀

This hotel in the hotspring area is a gem. The prices are reasonable for what you get, and the attention to detail is impressive. All was perfect, no complaints whatsoever.

The staff provided shuttle service from JR Noboribetsu station and drop-offs at Jigokudani and the bus terminal/ JR station. The onsen was a bit small, but still enjoyable. Dinner had a plentiful variety of delicious food. Traditional ryokan with friendly and accommodating staff.

Our stay at Kashoutei Hanaya was an incredible value for money. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. The location was convenient, with shuttle services and easy access to nearby attractions.

Food for breakfast could have been better, with more variety and options available.

This budget-friendly hotel is located near the hospital and just a few minutes' walk to the bus terminal or to get to the main street. The rooms are comfortable, clean and with great amenities such as fresh flower arrangements and Yukata. The staff is polite and willing to help you enjoy every part of your stay. What a fantastic romantic escape! The hotel offers a cozy and personalized Japanese experience. The meals were delicious, definitely one of the best I’ve ever had. The location is great, surrounded by beautiful nature, and the onsen was a real treat. The personalized service and comfortable rooms made me feel at home.

While the hotel offers a unique and personalized experience, it may not be suited for those who prefer traditional Western-style hotels. The language barrier could be an issue for guests who don’t speak Japanese.

What a blast weekend getaway! I had the ultimate Japanese experience! The staff is really kind and helpful, being able to assist us in every moment. They offered an incredible menu with authentic Japanese cuisine and in-room dining. The onsen was cozy and good-sized to enjoy a relaxing bath. It is located in a small town, perfect for all kind of activities.

I didn't like the fact that we had to share the bathroom with other guests. , the air conditioning in our room was not enough to warm it up.
